Al-Ula, is a city located in the Al Jawf region of northwestern Saudi Arabia. It is situated approximately 110 kilometers southwest of the city of Tayma and about 300 kilometers northwest of Medina. Alula is known for its historical and archaeological significance, as it lies along ancient trade routes and features several notable sites.One of the most famous attractions in Alula is the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Madain Saleh, also known as Al-Hijr.Madain Saleh is an ancient archaeological site that showcases well-preserved Nabatean tombs and structures similar to those found in Petra, Jordan. These sandstone rock-cut tombs and buildings date back to the first century CE and provide insight into the Nabatean civilization.Apart from Madain Saleh, Alula boasts other archaeological sites, including the ancient city of Dedan, known for its rock inscriptions and archaeological remains. Once you arrive at AlUla Airport, proceed through immigration and collect your luggage, and meet with your driver. You'll be transferred to your hotel in AlUla as per the transfer booked.After arriving at the Shaden Resort, check-in and settle into your accommodations. Take some time to relax and freshen up before starting your activities. Later Head to Jabal Alfil (Elephant Rock) Jabal Alfil, also known as Elephant Rock, is a popular landmark in AlUla. It features a natural rock formation resembling an elephant, and it's a must-visit attraction. Spend some time exploring the area around Jabal Alfil. You can take a leisurely walk, capture photos of the unique rock formation, and enjoy the beautiful desert scenery. After enjoying your time at Jabal Alfil, head back to Shaden Resort to freshen up before dinner. The resort may have an on-site restaurant where you can enjoy a meal, or you can venture out to one of the nearby dining options in AlUla at your own personal expense. After dinner, return to the Shaden Resort and relax for the evening. You can unwind by taking a stroll around the resort, enjoying its amenities, or simply resting in your room.

Start your day with a delicious breakfast at the Shaden Resort, then proceed for heritage tour, such as the Hegra Tour, to explore the ancient Nabatean city of Madain Saleh (Al-Hijr). This UNESCO World Heritage site is renowned for its well-preserved tombs and rock-cut facades.After the tour, indulge in a satisfying lunch at one of the recommended restaurants in AlUla at your own personal expense. Later, In the afternoon, head to AlUla's Old Town Market to experience the vibrant atmosphere and cultural charm. Stroll through the market and immerse yourself in the lively ambiance filled with street arts, musical performances, and the bustling crowd of locals and visitors. Explore the traditional shops and stalls, and perhaps find unique souvenirs to take back home. After exploring the market, make your way to a restaurant for dinner. You can choose to dine in AlUla's Old Town area or head back to the Shaden Resort for dinner at your own Personal expense.
Overnight in AlUla
After breakfast, embark on a tour to the Shalal Rock Formations. These impressive natural rock formations offer stunning landscapes and unique geological features. Explore the area, take in the breathtaking views, and capture memorable photos. On your way back from the Shalal Rock Formations, make a stop at Maraya Hall. This iconic venue is known for being the largest mirrored building in the world. Take some time to admire its striking architecture and capture photos in front of this mesmerizing structure. After your visit to Maraya Hall,later In the afternoon, make your way to Harrat Uwayradh to enjoy a panoramic view of AlUla. This volcanic field offers stunning vistas of the surrounding landscape. Take your time to soak in the natural beauty, snap photos, and appreciate the serene atmosphere. After your visit to Harrat Uwayradh, find a restaurant for dinner at your own personal Cost.Following dinner, return to the Shaden Resort to relax and unwind. Take advantage of the amenities or simply rest in your room.
Overnight in AlUla
Start your day with a final breakfast at the Shaden Resort. Enjoy your meal and take your time to pack and check out of the hotel. Ensure that you have all your belongings before leaving. Once you arrive at the airport, proceed through security and immigration. Check the departure information screens for your flight details and gate number. Board your flight and depart from AlUla, taking with you the wonderful memories of your time in this unique destination.
In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 15 days prior to journey date via e-mail/SMS..
The customers can prepone /postpone their tour once without any additional charges (if intimated before 15 days of travel date in written). However postponing & preponing second time will attract additional charges.
Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.
In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time.
We do not accept any changes in plan within 15 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.
The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment.
The advance payment and the invoice Number allotted to you, are transferable i.e. you can pass on your booking to any of your friends/ relatives. (Please Note: In order to transfer your booking you must meet the above terms and conditions first).

30 days or more before date of departure : 25% of total cost
29 - 20 days before date of departure : 50% of total cost
19 days or less before date of departure : 100% of total cost
