People often use "passport" and "visa" interchangeably, but they are two different things from two different places. Getting this clear saves a lot of confusion: your passport comes from the government's Passport Seva Kendras, spread across Surat, Ahmedabad, Rajkot, Jamnagar and Vadodara, while the tourist visa that goes into it is arranged by our desk, with a 95% approval rate across the destinations we serve.
Passport vs visa — the difference
A passport is your Indian identity document for travel, issued by the Government of India's Passport Seva system. A visa is another country's permission to enter, arranged for tourists through a travel agent like us for tourist and business visas. You need the passport first — the visa goes into it.
Where to get a passport in Gujarat
Passports are handled by Passport Seva Kendras (PSK) and the smaller Post Office Passport Seva Kendras (POPSK) spread across the state. You apply online on the Passport Seva portal, book an appointment and visit in person for verification. Surat, Navsari, Bharuch, Vapi and Valsad are served by the Surat PSK and nearby POPSKs; Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Anand and Nadiad by Ahmedabad's PSKs and POPSKs; Rajkot, Morbi, Jamnagar, Porbandar and Junagadh by the Rajkot and Jamnagar PSK-POPSKs; and Vadodara and Ankleshwar by the Vadodara PSK and POPSKs. Coverage is indicative — always check the Passport Seva portal for your exact jurisdiction. A passport should be valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates for almost every country, so renew it before you start a visa application; we'll flag it when we quote your trip.

How visas work — and where we come in
Once you have a passport, the tourist or business visa is our job. We handle the whole thing for travellers across Gujarat — from a fully-online Dubai e-visa to a document-heavy Schengen or US application. Depending on the country, that means preparing your file, booking VFS or consulate appointments, arranging insurance and reservations, and tying the visa to your actual trip.
How we serve travellers across Gujarat
In Surat and South Gujarat you can walk in to our Surat Diamond Bourse office, or do it all on WhatsApp. For Ahmedabad, Rajkot, Vadodara, Jamnagar and beyond, everything runs remotely — documents by WhatsApp or email, and we only ask you to travel for a mandatory biometric where the embassy requires it, scheduling that appointment in Ahmedabad or Mumbai and planning it into your timeline. One team handles the visa, the flights and the stay, so nothing falls between agents.
Which visas we handle
We specialise in tourist and business travel visas — Dubai and the wider Gulf, Schengen Europe, the UK, USA, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia and 50+ destinations — with a 95% approval rate. We do not handle student or immigration visas; our focus is getting travellers on holiday.
